Job description
The Stock Controller / Warehouse Inventory Controller works within a fast paced food production environment.
Responsibilities
· Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out–of–stock
· Enter details into internal databases
· Communicate with buyers on what products and quantity is needed
· Oversee storage of products
· Regular audits and stock control
· Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
· Keep updated inventory records
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience in Packaging and Controlling stock
· Good understanding of products
· Active participation stock controls
· Excellent organisation skills
· Computer literate
· Good communication and writing skills
· Driving license
· Forklift license (Preferred not essential)
6am – 4pm usually Mon – Fri (if stock take lands on weekend, flexibility is required).
Job Types: Full–time, Permanent
Salary: £11.00–£14.00 per hour dependant on experience
