We know that the best ideas don’t always come from the top. We have created an opportunity for anyone to present an idea & be rewarded for their light–bulb moments. We actively encourage people to put ideas forward & reward them financially for doing so.

FOOD SAFARIS

We also encourage staff who are travelling to do a ‘Food Safari’. The team member conducts a report on the food at the location & what makes it different. If they capture images of an unusual approach to food–to–go that we have not seen, we reward them financially.
